TaskTailor Inspection is a general purpose program designed for facilities or manufacturers that require periodic inspections of equipment for maintenance management or compliance-related purposes. The paperless solution can also be used for equipment readings, safety inspections and location checks.

TaskTailor Inspection Mobile

TaskTailor Inspection Mobile uses hand-held computers (PDA or Smartphone) to automatically collect inspection data.

The Inspector is provided with a checklist specific to the location or piece of equipment, ensuring that each inspection is completed as required. All inspections are time-and-date stamped, providing tamper-proof data about when the checks occurred. When an inspection route is complete, Inspectors place the hand-held computer in a cradle that uploads the information to a central database. From there, a variety of reports can be printed that outline the details of the inspections.

Inspection Web Portal

TaskTailor Inspection Web Portal is a hosted inspection management system. It allows real time viewing of key performance indicators (KPI) such as inspection progress, scores and inspector productivity, enabling managers to make timely decisions and take appropriate corrective action.

TaskTailor Inspection Web Portal also provides a standards-based architecture to integrate inspection data with existing back-end systems thus eliminating data entry costs and increasing data quality.

Inspection Web Administration

Inspection Web Portal also enables system administration, maintaining information about inspectors, sites, work orders and results. It provides electronic access to inspection history, and allow administrators to distribute regulations, operations manuals, corporate guidelines and inspection instructions in form of documents and multimedia recordings to ensure process compliance.
